hey everyone! i hope all of you are doing amazing! -sunday i went to warped tour!!!!!! and it was amazing!! i also only had a green tea in the morning, and then starbucks new v-something smoothie (mango, banana, orange) <--- so good btw and then i was moshing and walking around all day so it was good exercise! -monday captains vball practice started and that was some good exercise and for breakfast i had a zone bar which is like 140 calories for lunch i had yogurt and then i TRY IT!! warmed up blueberries and strawberries in the microwave and like dipped them in the yogurt and it was super good and tasted like some awesome dessert. that was like another 140. and then i had salad with italian dressing and cucumbers for dinner. so like 100. it kinda adds up to more than id like but it was a good healthy day and i had volleyball. //TODAY// b-green tea, half an energy golean bar [140]& blueberries [20] l-i didn't really count i just had some blueberries, carrots and 2kashi crackers d-hamburger, hashbrowns <-- &seconds![a katrillion], special k bar [90] so yeah but i purged so hopefully i got most of it out! s-fig nuton, a couple alomonds e-vball,walked the city passing out flyers for work ////////////////////////////////////////////// so i said i was going to start the ribbon thing but i havent yet i think i will next sunday, i got a new scale today!!, i also got some new pomogranite green tea! im super excited to try it. so right now im kind of having a hard time with keeping my calories low because of volleyball. i really need energy for practice because we have a new coach and a couple of the sophmores and juniors are like threatning my position so i need to be doing my best as much as i can.for breakfast im having whole/half an energy bar with some fruit. which is good because it fills me up, gives me energy and if i could keep that the highest amount of calories i have in a day then i would have them all worked off before dinner.idk im frusterated. //FOCUS'// *only 300 calories a day *no carbs on wednesday! *taking my calories for the day and using them on high protein/high calorie foods like nuts&energy bars. i might be getting a smaller proportion but its protein so its filling *writing my current weight and all the number between leading down to 115 on.. im not sure what i m writing it on yet.. but then crossing out each one after i lose! //THINSPO// 









also on mtv they had on 20 skinniest celebs and like top celeb diets and i really enjoyed watching them. if you need some thinspiration watch them expecially 20 skinniest celebs! the diets one was basically a lot of stuff that we all know...but still inetersting. have a lovely day girls don't give up! if any of you have a diet pill that you are crazy about please tell me about it!
